Ice Cream Production Supervisor

Job Summary
We’ve just scaled up to a brand-new manufacturing facility, and we’re looking for a powerhouse to join our core team. This isn't just a "scooping" job—you will be at the heart of our production process. From crafting our signature cereal milk bases to managing the churn and ensuring our retail locations are fully stocked, you will be a vital driver of our growth. MUST love cereal and ice cream!

Responsibilities

  • Production: Execute the end-to-end production of cereal milk and ice cream bases, ensuring consistent flavor and quality.

  • Churning & Inclusions: Manage the churning process, including the precise folding and mixing of artisanal mix-ins.

  • Logistics & Distribution: Safely transport finished products from the manufacturing facility to our various retail locations across the area.

  • Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor ingredient levels and assist in maintaining a clean, high-standard production environment.

  • Innovation: Act as a "right hand" to ownership, offering insights to streamline operations as we scale to the next level.

  • Still Have Fun: Be able to have fun with your co-workers while keeping high kitchen standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • The "Hustle" Factor: You are a self-starter who sees what needs to be done and does it without being asked.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of production, including lifting ingredients and equipment (up to 50 lbs) and managing deliveries.

  • Detail Oriented: You care about the "perfect batch" and understand that consistency is what builds a brand.

  • Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license and a proven track record of showing up ready to work.
